ES Risks & ES Risks Europe implement Morning Data’s EOS Workbench to further enhance client engagement
London, November 2022. Morning Data announces the first implementation of the EOS Workbench platform to long-time client ES Risks and ES Risks Europe.
EOS Workbench has been developed over the past year to provide intermediaries & carriers with the digital workspace to collect, present and process data in a number of ways to streamline processes and provide both NOVUS users and our clients’ partners with an enhanced digital experience. EOS includes a suite of applications that can be configured to each implementation based on client needs.
In the case of ES Risks, the old manual process of onboarding their partners was email and document heavy. By introducing EOS, leveraging technology, automation and integration, the process has been transformed to collect data closer to source, more accurately from the data owner and prevents any re-keying. This has linked back office to front of house, as well as compliance, and production. The collection of external documents, validation and approval can seamlessly flow between parties, as well as automated rechecking at elected intervals. In addition, the EOS Accounts App allows the ES Risks team to enjoy the seamless automation of statement production and a self-service approach to delivering financial information to their business partners.
All applications created in EOS have a specific function and workflow that feeds data to the NOVUS core system of record or potentially can be stand alone. As part of the workflow, configurable automation points in each application alert users or clients of an action that is to take place.

As EOS grows, Morning Data clients will be able to link up various aspects of the operations to reduce rekeying and streamline process overload and enhance their data quality and client relationships.
