Lloyd's broker, Kinetic Insurance Brokers, are installing Morning Data's NOVUS Z3 product in their London Office in Fenchurch Street. The choice was made to get the benefit of a hosted solution with a broad scope of functionality and strong accounting core. NOVUS offers integrated Nominal Ledger, Purchase Ledger, DMS, ECM (Electronic Connectivity Module) for A&S and ECF as well as efficient and smooth document production features for quoting, policy fulfilment, claims and financials.

Morning Data have a support team available in the city every week whilst enjoying the working life benefits of a head office in Dorset. Day-to-day support is provided over the web at the point of the users' first call for help with queries, training and requests.  This high availability, combined with the wealth of features and functions available for all the elements of Kinetic's business were also key factors in the decision process. There was a desire to use a UK based programming team with many years of experience in the London and International Insurance Markets.

The process of installation was quick and efficient and data migration from our previous system has been well managed. We are delighted with the remarkably small upheaval we have experienced in changing systems.
