Kirstin has achieved her Cert CII status by passing the required exams in Legal & Regulatory, Commercial Packaged Insurance, London Market and Foundation.

All staff at Moring Data are supported through the Certificate and we intend onwards to diploma level and our continuous investment in the skills of the staff are key to our success.

We dont just code computer programs we understand the needs of our clients and what issues they face in their day to day roles. To be able to speak the same language we place a great deal of importance on ensuring all staff gain suitable skills accross the whole spectrum of our industry. Regulation, Reinsurance, Lloyd's, the different classes of business and Law as well as the core skills in technology, programming and systems.
