User Group 2012

2012 looks like to be a very busy year, Queen Elizabeth celebrates her Diamond Jubilee, and the long awaited 2012 Olympics are coming to London and Dorset. Weymouth and Portland are hosting the Sailing events so we at Morning Data obviously do not want to take the limelight away by up staging either of these events with our world renowned User Group.

We originally chose the 9^th of June, but with all that is afoot we have decided to consider another option. We have therefore chosen, if suitable for the majority of attendees, September 27^th. The Queen will have just about recovered from her party hangover and Britain will have started putting a dent in its national debt by meting down all those gold medals.

As you might imagine (those who have previously attended will know), the organisation of the highlight of the Dorset calendar takes many months, as such we need to settle numbers early.  We normally book the whole of the Kings Arms Hotel in Dorchester, we have to boot out the Cooke family from Athelhampton House, and ensure our friends at Vegas Nights have us diaried in plus we need time to arrange the feature activites for the afternoon. We also timetable collections from the station to make your experience a memorable one from the moment you arrive. Lunch and Dinner on Friday are all part of the event, and it has become rather customary for the collective group to live up the Dorchester night life at one of our fine Curry houses on Thursday night.

With such a successful format, the event will follow previous years, however with interest in new developments we are now hosting the first of the meetings on the Tursday afternoon then continuing on with the now customary curry night on the Thursday evening, then the main meeting Friday morning showcasiing our developments and guest speakers. A filled afternoon of activities and our spectacular gala evening.
