The Morning Data user forum was held yesterday morning, the first of 2018.  We had some great engagement from the customers that attended and a well received presentation from Jeff Ward about LM TOM (the London Market Target Operating Model).  2018 should see TOM accelerating the availability of integration points, so that vendors can begin to provide integrated straight through processing from back office software solutions.  In addition to TOM, there was discussion around GDPR and the FCA Wholsale broker review.
