The product affords the group a single platform for its London Market Broker and MGA insurance activity, streamlining many of its processes including Binder and Delegated Authority business. NOVUS’ functionality provides flexibility to meet the needs of a diverse book of business in both the London and international markets.

The recent deployment within the Towergate businesses saw very short timeframes and presented unique challenges and best practice requirements that could not be compromised.
